Product Overview: Wooden Photo Frame for Displaying Multiple Badges

This wooden photo frame is designed to display multiple badges. The design not only highlights the badges beautifully but also adds a decorative touch to any room as an interior accent.

Framing also ensures reliable protection for the badges, safeguarding them from scratches, moisture, and other damage, allowing for long-term enjoyment. The frame is made from natural wood and glass, further enhancing its protective qualities.

1. Colored Badges (Painted Badges)

• Mold Type: Single-sided mold (2D on one side)

• Grade: A-Grade (Additional cost applies)

• Size: 38mm x 38mm (As per drawing)

• Thickness: 1.8mm

• Polishing: 3-side polishing

• Plating: Nickel plating

• Coloring: Painting (Baked enamel finish)

• Accessories: Safety pin + Clutch pin + 2 other badge types + Photo frame (Provided by us)

• Packaging: Individually packed in clear bags → All 8 types are set into the photo frame, then packed in bulk bags in appropriate quantities.

2. Printed Badges

• Material: Bronze

• Mold Type: Die-cut mold

• Grade: A-Grade (Additional cost applies)

• Size: 38mm x 38mm (As per drawing)

• Thickness: 2.0mm

• Polishing: 3-side polishing

• Plating: Nickel plating

• Printing: Offset printing (4 colors + metallic edge)

• Coating: Standard urethane coating (Poly)

• Accessories: Safety pin + Clutch pin

• Packaging: Secure packaging (Each of the 2 types packed in separate bags)

3. Photo Frame

  MDF board with natural wood veneer, finished with NC lacquer.

• Lining: Black EVA sponge + Black velvet fabric.

• Style: Same as sample image (Color and specifications based on sample).

• Grade: A-Grade (Additional cost applies)

• Size: Finished dimensions: 180 x 148 x 15 mm (H x W x D)

• Packaging: Bubble wrap bag (1 piece/bag) → Packed in white boxes.
